Globe valves are linear motion closing-down valves in which the closure member is moved squarely on and off the seat. Usually the closure member is referred as a disc, irrespective of its shape. The seat opening varies in direct proportion to the travel of the disc. This proportional relationship between valve opening and disc travel is ideally suited for duties involving regulation of flow rate. Globe valves are most suitable for throttling and controlling fluid flow and are generally employed in small size piping

Steel Beams are widely used throughout the construction industry when supporting heavy loads is required. Commonly termed an “I” Beam because of its shape, beams provide great load bearing support when used horizontally or standing as columns. Available in two configurations, the most popular being the Wide Flange Steel Beam aka H Beam or W Beam with non-tapered flanges. This beam shape has a wider profile for added horizontal strength, making it ideal for sky scrapers or as a house beam, along with bridge beams, trailers, platforms, etc. Standard American Beams, aka Junior Beams or S Beams, have tapered flanges for added strength when your load is concentrated on the flanges, such as machine bases, hoists, cranes or a trolley beam for your garage.

304/304L Stainless Steel Square, is the more economical stainless square bar ideal for all applications where greater strength and superior corrosion resistance is required. 304 Stainless Square has a durable dull, mill finish that is widely used for all types of fabrication projects that are exposed to the elements – chemical, acidic, fresh water, and salt water environments.
